My name is Marni Reynolds. I just had some major problems with my son being on probation and he with his mental disability. He was unfortunately thrown into jail because the lawyer we had before Was not on her game, so my son was in jail in solitaire for almost 2 months. Mr. Nielsen as soon as I hired him got right to the problem and solved everything! My son had his cases dropped, his supervised probation modified to fit what works best for myself and my son and his release from jail immediate .I have never been happier with legal help as I have with Joshua Nielsen. I will always call him if I need help again! He is someone you can Rely on and get the problem solved. Thank you Joshua!

Josh Nielsen and his team went to bat for our family in a very serious criminal case. The cases outcome was so much better than what we had resigned ourselves to for my younger brother. His office always responded quickly to our phone calls and emails. Very smart man! I highly recommend Josh.

These guys are great. Megan is first friendly face you see and is very helpful. She will go out of her way to help in any way she can. Angela really knows her stuff as a paralegal. Josh is very honest, punctual and precise. Everything you need when you are already in a hard situation. If you need a lawyer this is the dream team.

Don't fall for this attorney's trap. $3,500 flat fee for what? Nothing. Just a piece of paper that says "divorced." (Which was only 500$) No mediation help, no signed custody agreement—nothing. All of which was in the contract. He refused to negotiate with the other side and just wanted more money to go to court instead. I asked for an itemized list, but he couldn't provide one. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, he's out and says, "Nope, go to court no point I trying that’ll be 3500 more." You should be reported to the bar. I fired him and went out of town to find a new attorney who got everything done in a timely fashion for less than this crook's $3,500 flat fee. FROM OUT OF HAYWOOD COUNTY His excuse will be that the opposition was unwilling to negotiate. Please tell that to the signed order I have. He constantly wanted more and more money for zero work. Please return your "law degree." You prey on people that assume you are doing right. Angela is great.

Josh and staff were great, they fought hard for my case and were all very responsive. Worth every penny.
