I would like to thank Joshua Nielsen for representing me on an out-of-state speeding ticket. Ticket issued in North Carolina and I reside in South Carolina. He was able to represent me and thereby I didn't have to appear in court. He was able to get my speeding violation reduced and no point were accessed on my insurance. I would recommend him to handle motor vehicle violations. 6/1/18 Paul

They quickly took care of an improper movement ticket that my girlfriend received in Sylva. Appeared for her in court, also, so she didn't even have to miss class that day. They were very readily available to answer any questions. Now, I work at another firm in Waynesville and our professional relationship with Nielsen Legal is great. Friendly and professional staff who are always timely and accurate. Highly recommend!

My husband and I can not say enough great things about this firm. We had an unexpected custody case filed against us by my ex husband and he sprung into action that day! With his firm and the truth on our side he got my daughter back within a week :) From our first meeting to our court hearing he was available to ask any questions and calm our fears.
