Provided the worst legal advice, I knew more than him from talking to other lawyers. Come to find out he spoke to my ex-husband first (maybe hence the bad advice or the HUGE conflict of interest?) Would NOT recommend at all, but he'll happily take your money.

I needed a defense attorney and living out of state I search google to find an attorney and after interviewing 3, I selected Josh Nielsen Esq. and I am very glad I did. Followed every suggestion he made before trial which saved hundreds of dollars, he got the court costs reduced, he delayed trial 3 times till I could make it, and most importantly was able to plead down to a reduced charge as he works well with the DA and the judges. Very glad to have hired Mr. Nielsen for representation. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered every question during a very stressful time. Can't recommend him and his staff high enough.

Attorney Nielsen is bar none one of the GREATEST attorneys of all time. He is very thorough in his research, and facts. Every dime you pay this attorney is more than worth his expertise, and knowledge of the law. Our family- Linda Nelson and I could not be more pleased with our outcome on September 21st of 2023!
