Josh is compassionate yet honest. No false promises and he follows through on his commitments. Easy to get a hold of, equally responsive both before and after his fee has been paid. Prepared us very well regarding what to expect and was very informative. We will be using him again for any future family law needs. And, he is very fair in his fee structure. Josh is a stellar example of a great attorney.

These aren't normally the things you might associate a lawyer with outside of self-glorifying commercials. Normally. This is not a normal case. Nielson Legal handled my case with drive and passion as if they were representing their own family. Neilson's assistant, Angie, was incredibly driven to see this case through with a spirit of what I can only describe as competitive. She treated my case like it was the highlight of her career and was burning the midnight oil to find a satisfactory outcome. Mr. Nielson himself spoke to me over the phone and in person like mine was an issue that was merely a mild formality that he could resolve with a little paperwork and some casual, yet respectful, conversation. I apologize if this sounds a little..sponsored, but there aren't any other words I can think to use at the moment of writing this. Joshua is impressive and acts quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the processes in the area and more specifically, Jackson county. He has solid contacts and relationships with the court system as well as any third parties you may need to consult (i.e. behavioral assessments). He told me exactly who to contact and what process I needed to follow to achieve the best possible outcome, and I'm more than impressed with my outcome. I live out of town (was visiting on vacation) and he made it so that I did not have to travel back to Jackson county nor speak with anyone other than his team.
