I am retired Army, live out of state and I needed a lawyer in Haywood County to handle my case. I needed to take my ex-wife to court because she was receiving more of my military retirement pay than she was authorized. I called numerous law firms in the area and talked to their secretaries/paralegals and they told me a lawyer will call me back within 48 hours. There is only one lawyer that called me back and he called me back within a few hours and that is Mr. Joshua Nielsen. Mr. Nielsen was very informative and kept me updated on the case which he won. I know if I ever need a lawyer in Haywood County, I wont have to search around, I will use Mr. Nielsen.

Josh and his team care about fighting for their clients, which is why I chose them to represent me in a case I was dealing with for an accident someone else caused while hauling my horse trailer with horses of my own.
