Inconsistent communication and responsiveness
“Difficult and trying experience to say the least. After respectfully requesting the courtesy of a return call so that Mr. Weaver could offer an apology to my wife after treating her with disrespect, he not only refused to reply, but then accused me of leaving threatening messages.”

Unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service
“Me Weaver and his staff handled our closing very poorly. They did not return phone calls at all but answered some questions by email only. They sent me an alarming message that my check from closing wasn't good but when I called to find out what happened, Mr Weaver started yelling at me saying 'just call the police' and 'I guess I'll just fire her (his assistant)'. Very, very unprofessional behavior.”
