NEVER, EVER use this guy or his Law Firm! I hired this law firm to handle a Speeding ticket to be dropped to faulty equipment for $485. At first was tol I needed to take a defensive driving class but after I called their office to clarify some things, I was told not to take Defensive Driving class DA wasn't requiring on a batch of Tickets. (Mine was in that Batch) this was a direct phone call with their office. Thought nothing of it till shopping for car insurance they said the ticket was on my record with no action taken. I called the office and spoke withToni T, Of course she says that conversation didn't happen which is a bold faced lie. Made excuse like we called you on 704-664-**** (which is a number I never have had, EVER yet they did not contact the correct email address they sent the 1 and only email to me with) She said that she would speak to Sluder and call me the next day. She called yesterday at 4:58 pm, Im sure hoping to get my voice mail (which the day before I had to give her my correct phone number 2x before she got it right, sounds like a pattern.) Toni T said that Mr. Sluder could ask for relief from the court but first need to relieve me of another $500. The ticket was around $280, why would I pay the $485 to go to court, do nothing and have my insurance through the roof? Does that make sense? Taking advantage of consumers in a bad situation and not delivering the service promised, period. NEVER, EVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!
