Not sure who the grumpy old man is that maintains the yard is, but after being asked to move the sprinkler so that I could walk down the street without ruining my $40,000 quilt, he told me I could walk in the street. As a 2 time combat veteran I do not expect special treatment, however , I will not be killed walking in the street so he could sacrifice having to properly adjust the sprinkler. The demise of humanity due to lazy people who lack consideration for others.

I work in the real estate profession and Chris has helped me with several matters over the years. From drafting a pet addendum for a residential lease to title work and closings, Chris can handle it all. He is very professional and seems to always have the answers or know where to find them! I will continue to hire Chris in the future, and would highly recommend his services.

I admire Wilder and his paralegal, Beth Oliver. Wilder is extremely knowledgeable and sharp about real estate matters. His verbal skills in a jury setting are logically presented and understandable to a jury of peers or a judge. I have relied on him, and Beth Oliver, and I will continue to do so. Surely, they are not "social media" savvy or acutely organized. Yet, I like them and trust them. How many people in your own life can rise to that benchmark? Doug

I would highly recommend avoiding this attorney. Their paralegal, Beth Oliver, was very rude and unprofessional during the closing on a piece of land. Specifically, I was blamed for possibly delaying the closing (on Friday) due to a wire transfer being sent on a Thursday. This would be understandable if I had the closing papers for a week. However, I did not have the papers until 5:17pm Wednesday. When informed that the funds were enroute at the earliest possible time (Thursday at 10 am), her response of "I sure hope the money makes it in time" was rude and without basis. I know there may not be many attorneys around this area, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.
