Candace's husband owes me a refund for work I contracted out with him and he never finished. He agreed to send me a refund but never has. During messages, someone claiming to be his Power of Attorney was communicating with me. After pulling up records, Candace is her husband's POA. They need to send me my refund. They are ignoring all communications since agreeing to send me a refund check.
