I called to get some information on how to handle a mishandled case and originally spoke to Sara and she was absolutely horribly hateful. I called back and spoke to Renee and she was GREAT. If you are going to call make sure to ask for RENEE!!!!!

Amazing lawyer and very kind and helpful

I just called this firm on behalf of my brother to inquire about a fee quote and the usual process for how a ticket is resolved in this county. Some diplomacy would certainly benefit the receptionist who answered. When I identified myself as his sister she asked me how old my brother was and I answered her and she laughed sardonically and said that he is old enough to call for himself. I answered her that he and his wife had just had a newborn and I was simply trying to help him. I told her he was allegedly going 15 over and she again replied with an attitude “well, 15 over doesn’t tell me exactly how fast he was going.” I told her I had the ticket right in front of me. I could have told her the exact speed after that but it didn’t seem that she wanted our business so I told her as much, bid her adieu and hung up. Little did she know that I worked as a paralegal in traffic law in a different state and I am also a contractor paralegal for the Criminal prosecution division of a U.S. attorney’s office in NC so I am very knowledgeable about the law and I was not calling to inquire about an existing case, I was simply trying to get a fee quote and a general idea of how cases are handled in that county which is normal. I wish I could give 0 stars. How unprofessional. I went with another law firm whose customer service was MUCH better. A shame that she is costing this seemingly good attorney, business.
