Had a wreck July 25th of 2020 and consulted a different law firm which then continued to steal my money and not go to court. They went out of business. Never knew any of this information until I received a letter from the NC DMV stating my license would be suspended indefinitely starting November 29th of 2021 if I did not resolve this case. I contacted Justin Dingee and he and his associate Jennifer took care of my case. Sent them a letter from my insurance and they were able to get everything dropped. Highly recommend them!!

Honestly 5 stars is not enough! I could write a book on what a brilliant attorney Mr. Dingee is. It is more than just his intelligent mind or his skills in the courtroom though...it's that he cares about his clients (and I mean really cares). He invests in you and and doesn't rush you through a conversation or meeting. He is honest. He provide solid guidance, explaining why he feels a certain way, yet he will respect you, and fight just as hard for you, even if you choose to proceed differently than how he suggests. He always responds in a timely manner, and unlike many attorneys, most all of your interactions are with him, and not one of his assistants. However if you do have the pleasure to interact with Jennifer or Janet, you will be equally as satisfied, as they are extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. The Law Office of Justin Dingee is the best of the best, and Wilkes is fortunate to have them. I will forever be thankful for the support and compassion provided to me by this very special team, during a difficult period in my life. Mr. Dingee gave me more than legal counsel, he gave me hope. If you are looking for an attorney, I highly recommend that you call and schedule a consult with this firm... you won't regret it. My only regret is not having done it sooner. Jason Sorel was extremely dishonest with no regard for actual facts or destruction caused. I suppose this lawyer does understand how to beguile the legal system. As a snake slithering around ethical code as if it were grass I would give him a 5 out of 5.

Mr. Dingee was awesome. He did exactly what he said he would. His staff was always great , especially Jennifer. It was a tough situation due to the coronavirus and a lot of time was endured. But, in the end Justin did a great job and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Jason sorell is my family court lawyer and i would 8/10 recommend him his retaining fee for me was a little over 3 grand but i didnt face my ex alone and even benefited. He will be honest and fair and guide you to what the best outcome really may be.
