When you are faced with trying to navigate the law system, you want Robert Schupps to be your captain. He is smart , keeps his word, and will get you through it. Most importantly he has compassion. He cares about his clients. I will be using his services again as life changes. Top notch.

reasonable pricing with payment plan, took care of my family court matter dealing with child support issues...didnt back down from plaintiffs attorney...will use again in the future "IF" i have too.... thanks MR. SCHUPP

1st Mr.Schupp is very reasonably priced and made a payment plan that I personally could afford. Mr. Schupp is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Nc law, Before I met Mr. Schupp I had all intentions of taking a five year prison sentence. But after are consultation I went from giving up to putting it all on the line and rolling the dice and going to trial. During trial I was absolutely impressed with the professional way he worked the court room. He made the D.A look like a public pretender. In the end I was found not guilt on all 9 charges I would recommend Mr. Schupp for all you court needs I personally will never use a different attorney ever again

Robert Schupp took me on as a client on a Termination of parental rights filed against me by my kids mother. He was very understanding of my concerns and he went to bat for me to ensure I didn’t lose my rights to my children. It was a seven hour case in court. Robert did an excellent job during my custody case! He knows all of the different judges from different counties and knows their likes, dislikes, annoyances, and previous judgments. He is not a bulldog in court.. At first this worried me during my trial because we were against a lawyer who attacked my character the whole time. Instead, Robert stayed focused on the case and stuck to the facts at trial. He truly had my child’s best interest in mind the entire time and did not get caught up in the drama. I’m so glad I stayed patient and trusted his experience! Robert is very reasonably priced compared to other lawyers. Expect to do some of the leg work. Provide him with all documentation you need and highlight important case points. He is good about providing updates if you ask him. He responds and files paperwork promptly. Highly recommend!

Mr Schupp took my case just over a year ago, starting with my need for defense of wrongfully issued ex-parte protection order, and representation for the custody war that would follow. On our initial meeting and consultation, he was very professional, and thoroughly examined all the evidence I had on hand regarding my case. He outlined appropriate strategies for us to follow, and advised me on exactly what to do, and more importantly, what not to do. Upon paying the retainer, he was willing to work with me on making payments for the remainder of the balance owed, which I'm so - so grateful for, because that's the only way I could possibly obtain council in this matter, which has completely upended my entire existence. With his representation, and I'm assuming my ex's complete lack of any evidence of wrongdoing on my part, she was compelled to drop the protection order, which was dismissed, unfortunately w/o prejudice, meaning she'd threaten to have it reinstated any time she felt displeased with anything I did or said. We are still fighting the good fight for custody of my child, and for me to at least be allowed to have visitation. Covid has severely delayed many aspects of the case. Each day separated from my child is sheer agony, and The court system is moving so slowly, I'm sure compounded by covid. However Mr Schupp has been there for me every step of the way. At times when I was just inconsolably crying and felt like I was loosing my mind, he personally called me, and stayed on the phone talking me down, and assuring me that I just have to hold on, that we'll get through this, not to do anything irrational, and that he would be right there with me every step of the way. This scenario arose more times than I can count, and each time, he was there to talk me down, and provide me with much need comfort and reassurances. I've NEVER heard of any lawyer going to the lengths he has to be there FOR ME in my greatest times of need and despair. He is always very punctual in returning emails and phone calls, once even emailing me while he was on vacation where in he'd told me he'd be unreachable over that period of time. I would not hesitate for one second to hire Mr Schupp, for any legal matter that is in his scope of practice. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of representation. To all the men out there(especially those, who like me, were victims of domestic abuse/violence), the system is set up in a way that's not necessarily going to work in our favor. Dont face it alone... Please dont face it alone, it will leave you a level of broken that one can't hardly fathom. Even with a great attorney, it is an absolute nightmare. Mr Schupp is a top notch advocate, and I don't know what I would do or where i would be without his kindness, steadfast guidance, and leadership. Tl;Dr: Mr Schupp is a wonderful lawyer. Honest, straight forward, hard working, punctual, and will diligently pursue your case to the best of his abilities. He communicates frequently with me, and always makes me feel as though I'm the most important client he has. Mr. Schupp helped me with a child custody case and I was very impressed. He is dedicated, thorough, and ethical.
