Gint was a great help after I got a speeding ticket in Brunswick county, he answered all of my questions and was able to reduce my charges to a non moving violation. Very helpful and I would recommend

Gint Krulikas is an excellent defense attorney who I had the pleasure of handling my case. He was very knowledgeable and addressed questions and concerns I had throughout the course, while having been very pleasant to meet in person. I appreciate the fact that he did make effort to pursue the best outcome even with less than likely chances that it were to succeed. I had to leave a previous attorney because they did not bother to go the extra mile and had little optimism in my situation. With that being said, I'm completely satisfied with the outcome of my case and know I can depend on Gint for any future legal problems.

Gint helped with a ticket and was able to get it dismissed with minimal community service and class. His fees were very reasonable and his communication was exceptional. He kept us in the loop and did what he had promised. He is working on getting it expunged and we believe it will be handled promptly. HIGHLY recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about The Minick Law Firm. I was referred to Gint Krulikas by a close family member. From the first phone call to the last email, he has handled everything on my behalf... and I know you’re thinking, “That’s what you paid him for.” But, it was much more than that. He took away all of my stress and concern that I had regarding my pending charges. I was charged with Aggressive Driving along with fault of an accident. It was a minor fender bender where no one was hurt and both parties drove away after dealing with police. Initially I thought I’d be fine, it’s not as if it were criminal court, right? Then I looked up how many points it would add to my license if convicted. The answer is 5!!!! NC is one of the strictest states when it comes to aggressive driving. I immediately lawyered up. Gint initially thought he could get my charges reduced (meaning my insurance would nott be effected) and I’d pay some court fees. I was please with this. Well... I just found out today that he did WAY better than that. He had all of my charges dismissed! Did you hear me... ALL of them! No court cost. My insurance remains the same and my life goes on as if it never even happened. He did all of this at little to no cost to me. I cannot express to you how grateful I am to him. If you have are questioning whether or not you need to hire a lawyer then chances are you probably do. I am certain my outcome would have been entirely different had I represent myself or even if I went to someone else. Trust me on this... Call Gint Krulikas with Minick Law and I promise you will be extremely glad you did.

Minick Law is by far the best of the best for a DUI case. My defense attorney, Gint Krulikas was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I hired Mr. Krulikas after firing a very reputable DUI lawyer in Wilmington for not investigating my case well and basically telling me to plead guilty. I chose Mr. Krulikas because he was knowledgeable, reassuring yet honest, and most importantly, he promised to thoroughly investigate my case. He more than followed through on these promises. In short, after a year and a half of many court dates and officers stating they had evidence but never providing it, Mr. Krulikas went to trial for me and WE WON! It was not an easy trial either, and Mr. Krulikas was phenomenal. I am eternally in debt to Minick Law and Mr. Krulikas. I have hired lawyers in the past and NEVER have I had such a professional, honest, and hard-working lawyer. Mr. Krulikas (Gint), did one hell of a job defending me on 3 separate charges, he was well prepared and achieved a not guilty verdict on all three, two were alcohol related. I highly recommend Gint, which I have already to some people who are in trouble. Always returned e-mails and calls. He is a really nice guy too.
