I would give more stars if I could! I was charged with a DUI and refusal to blow after getting in a car accident. I hired Buddy Allard and I was found not guilty of the DUI and we won at the DMV hearing for refusal to blow. Buddy was diligent about getting all of the facts and presented them in a very professional manner at both the hearing and in the courtroom. Both Buddy and his assistant Judy kept me updated and informed through the process of this very unfortunate time in my life as we worked through the legal system and the DMV hearing. I highly recommend Buddy to anyone who finds themselves in a situation like I just went through.

Buddy Allard is the man. A native Wilmingtonian, he actually cares about what he does, doesn't just go through the motions to get your fee (which are reasonable). He's a genuinely nice and sympathetic fellow who gets results. Hope I don't need his services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.
