Updated May 4, 2021. I once again found myself in a jam and once again Buddy Allard worked his magic. Long story short if you are not retaining Mr. Allard you are not giving yourself the best opportunity to succeed. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Allard. I will try to make a long story short. In the past few years i got in a "bad way" with some prescription medication. I was charged with two DUI's in a span of seven months. Not a good place. Initially I retained another attorney from Pender County who basically didn't seem to care. After being found guilty of the first one, I then decided to move in a different direction knowing a second conviction would be devastating. I switched to Buddy Allard. I found Mr. Allard to be more informed and caring to my plight. He immediately put me at ease with a coherent strategy to have the second one dismissed. He was also concerned about me personally wanting me to get my life back on track, which I had through counseling and treatment. Through this strategy and with the knowledge of the local system and state laws, he was able to get the second one dismissed. I couldn't be happier. It took some time but he was there every second. If you find yourself in a similar dilemma, you gotta get Mr. Allard.

After using Mr. Allard's law firm I was quite pleased with the outcome of my case. I was up against some pretty serious charges and with a great sigh of relief my charges were dropped! If you are a local or not I strongly suggest that you pick the Allard law firm if you like your freedom!!! Most lawyers in Wilmington I have found, will tell you you 're going to be OK. But when there no fines, no probation and a not guilty verdict you would have to be a nut not to use Mr Allard's firm.... FREE AT LAST,...FREE AT LAST!!!

We hired Mr Allard because of his reputation here In Wilmington and he lived up to our every expectation! It was amazing to me with all of his case loads that he always had time to talk and always remembered every detail of our case! Happily, his expectation of how the case was to go was spot on! Case dismissed! Trust me don't look any further... Buddy Allard is your man! And his staff was always on point... Quick to get information and no long "on hold" calls!

Buddy Allard is the best attorney in Wilmington, NC by far! I have been to him with countless charges and he has always been of wonderful assistance. Buddy Allard is by far the best lawyer I have encountered. We were up against some odds going through a DUI case that I was not guilty of but under the circumstances was hard to prove. We appealed to superior court and selected a jury of our liking. We presented our evidence and the lack of the states to the result of NOT GUILTY verdict in less than ten minutes. Back in May I got charged with possession and I was recommended by my uncle and real close family friend to go see Mr.Allard "Buddy" about my charges. I decided I should and I am so glad I did. My first visit with Mr.Allard I was nervous because this was my first charge, at 17 years old but he made me feel very comfortable talking to him. He told me he would try to get my charges dropped but also told me all the consequences I could get, so I could be prepared for it. My first visit with him, not only did he talk to me about my charges, he talked to me about my future and gave me advice on how to achieve it. He told me about his college experiences and the best ways to keep focused. Come my court date, I noticed he was making his rounds with the DA and other important people in the court room. Well, he walked up to me and asked to go out in the hallway. Guess what words come out?! "All your charges have been dropped". It was an awesome moment. If I were to ever recommend a lawyer, I would recommend Mr.Allard!

Buddy is the real MVP. So I got in some serious trouble and met with 4 other lawyers before I met with Mr. Allard and after I sat and talked with him I knew I was gonna hire him. He auctally cared about my story, charges, and was very personal with me. Un like every other lawyer who sugar coats everything and to them you are just another case number. Buddy cared and helped me out so much. I would recomend him to anyone he is truely a kind hearted person and is damn good at his job. They say you get what you pay for and its the truth. I'm so happy I hired buddy because without him I don't want to know where I would be right now.

Amazing criminal defense attorney, he's incredibly effective and a great guy on top of that. Completely worth every penny paid for his law services!
