Billing issues and unexpected fees
“I was told that I was running out of my deposited funds because the work was taking longer than expected. In turn making me feel as if i was being charged for their mistakes. To top this off, after going into sign my agreement I was charged an additional fee of 500$ to which they could not explain.”

“I had to send correction emails numerous times to get my separation agreement corrected. After speaking and having email correspondence with the attorney explaining what needed to go into the agreement, I would be sent an agreement that would be missing a decent amount of what we spoke about.”
