Inability to assist with certain legal matters
“Asked me several questions. Advised 'at this point can't help you', call attorney that drafted your mom's will'. It's very hard to have a parent pass, adding on the loss of a sibling communicating, the estate probate closed. When does this office assist ???”

“Called to get some work done for a small Veteran owned business. Couldn't bother to call back personally had a secretary do it, just to tell me to call a different lawyer. Never asked the details or got consult.”
