I was in a pretty bad car accident in July and did not know what to do at all. When I got ahold of David & Associates law office all of my worries and fears went away. Tammy and everyone else at the office helped me so much in my time of need. They helped me getting doctors appointments I needed considering I didn’t have insurance it was very hard for me to get them on my own. I am so thankful for everyone at both the Whiteville and Supply offices for helping me the last few months. 10/10 recommend David & Associates for your lawyer if ever needed one.

Highly recommend!!!!! David and Associates are a blessing. We had the pleasure of working with Stuart Smith. He was there to help us every step of the way. Our lives were/are chaotic with both my husband and I working full time, 3 children under 5, one that was a newborn at the time. We always felt comfortable and welcomed with a smile and genuine interest in our well being all around. He has a very down to earth approach in addition to his knowledge and experience in his field. He and Deborah were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. Our case began in 2017 and we are still working through the tail end of our case. They make time to discuss any concerns and still show the same genuine care for our family. There is SO MUCH more that can be said but I am not sure there is enough room. We are forever grateful for all of the help received through my husband's case. Stuart and the staff at David and Associates made us ALWAYS feel welcome and part of the family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything! We truly can't express our thanks enough!!

I am really glad that I decided to make an appointment here. I had an excellent experience considering I was dealing with a 3rd time DUI offender hitting me. I worked with Stuart Smith and he was incredibly helpful and effective. Everything worked out perfectly and I cannot reccomend the office but particularly Stuart Smith. I really do appreciate everything he did for me. I've never had to deal with anything like this before and Mr. Smith made it really straight forward. Obviously you don't know me and it's nice to have recommendations from people you know, but if you don't have any, I recommend the people here wholeheartedly and you can take it as though it's from someone you know!

Joy in the Wallace office handled everything in a professional and timely manner. Dealing with insurance companies can be very frustrating. After dealing with aggressive and rude adjusters from a well known insurance company I decided to turn it over to this firm. They handled the situation and I was satisfied with the result.

Never go to this place! It's all a big scam. I got into a car accident and immediately they sent me to a chiropractor && the chiropractor told me how messed up my spine was. Long story short about 2 months later I recieved a bill for over 1,000 USD. So I called David && Associates && they preceded to tell me how they went along with the other persons insurance agency and gave up on my case without even telling me. And now I'm stuck with these bills. They kept giving me the run around and wouldn't return my calls. Be careful of the papers you sign. I now know that this place was trying to get a huge settlement for themselves and since they couldn't get it they just forgot about it. Never had my right phone number, always placed on a long hold, a ghetto black guy was always the one to finally answer with some smart alec things to say always, && not to mention I was the one hit in my accident && now I owe money how the hell is that! UPDATE:please dont play with me because I will upload the paperwork from graybar where yall sent me the first day and show everyone! Now I'm in a worse accident && I will NOT be coming back! This was my first time working with a law firm. I had a complicated case with a car accident that involved two insurance companies disputing liability. It was a lengthy process but Stuart Smith and his assistant Jennifer Kozlof helped me through the process to get the best outcome possible. I appreciated their professionalism and support and would highly recommend David and Associates.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my review. My opinion of David and Associates is very poor. They do not take the time to actually understand what the situation is with their clients. It seems like they're more worried about their nice watches or paying their high mortgages. Very poor representation, and they try to persuade you to take anything that is offered just so they can wash her hands of the case and get paid and move on to the next one. I have had personal experience with a lawyer at this firm. Since then I have not contacted then again at a loss of $300 to me personally. I was willing to take the loss in order just to quit getting the runaround from the people over there. For the love of God, please find another Law Firm to take care of any of your needs. Do not waste your hard-earned money putting it into those people's pockets. Do not hire David and Associates! Do not hire anyone from David and Associates!
