I personally know Phillip David and his staff. Not only was I a client and they did an amazing job protecting me when I had an accident, but I know help their clients when they are in an auto accident. There are a lot of law firms out there, David and associate attorneys like Stuart Smith go above and beyond to make sure accident victims are not cheated by unscrupulous Insuance companies who would otherwise take advantage of N.C. citizens.

Everyone in the Wilmington office is friendly as soon as I walked in the door I was created with smiles. Mr David and Nicole have been very nice and got right to work with my case. Mr David has the best personality he makes you feel very comfortable in his office, he is also very knowledgeable he explains everything to me. They seem to genuinely care about my case and making sure I am taken care of.....I would recommend them to everyone!
