Just went this morning and by the time I got back to work, process was moving. Im happy so far and only been an hour.

They are the best law firm to go to in Wilmington. They helped me a lot after my car accident.

In February of 2016 I had the unfortunate privilege of hiring my first lawyer and working with Stuart Smith. I worked with Stuart for almost an entire year and during that time he was not only responsive, trustworthy and knowledgeable, but he kept me informed about anything and everything. Although Stuart's professionalism was top notch, he was also incredibly personable and made my first experience with a law firm better than I could have hoped for. I am extremely pleased with the settlement of my case and I highly recommend Stuart's services. My overall experience with Stuart and David and Associates was nothing short of fantastic!
