I contacted their office after being struck by an uninsured motorist. I advised the attorney that was in horrible back pain and needed it to get it treated urgently. He says “no worries, we will get you treated today”. That didn’t happen! The following day I received an email from a paralegal asking the identical questions during the intake, which was my second validation that I chose the wrong office. Finally, they sent me to a chiropractor who was playing glaring country, pop and rock music, whereas I was hoping a holistic facility to relax to take my mind off the pain. I get an email from the paralegal advising me that I needed to hold off on treatment until they determine insurance coverage, whereas I have Medicare as a backup. Nothing was adding up, so I contacted an insurance agent and other attorneys with questions. Learned that this useless David & Associates teams wasn’t thoroughly, committed to clients unless a limb or almost dead! Final straw was to be told by another representative that they were awaiting documents from the insurance, therefore it could take 90 days to continue treatment, take my car in for repair and obtain a rental! THIS WAS MY FINAL STRAW Not once did the attorney return my call or their paralegal! PLEASE DO MAKE MY MISTAKE BY CALLING THEM. I fired them!

My experience with this law firm has been excellent. I truly feel that Mr. David and the whole team had my recovery and best interests at heart. I worked closely with Joy Harman and her name says it all! She was an absolute pleasure and took the time to explain the process through every step. I hope to not need their services in the future (one horrible car accident is enough), but if I do I would 10000% use them again.

I hired David and Associates about a year and a half ago to represent me in an accident . I was hit by someone , and the accident was in no way my fault . It took quite a while to settle , and I ended up getting almost nothing . I had a truck that was worth around 17 grand , and I got 5300 bucks for it . I got zero from the company that insured the motorist that hit me . Got some medical bills paid , thats it . My insurance paid out to me several thousand for the uninsured motorists clause on my policy . Before the accident , I had almost 75 grand saved up , and work was doing good , and I was planning on getting a house and retiring in the next 8 or ten years . After the accident , I did not even get enough to pay off the truck I had to buy to replace my totalled one . I am almost broke , and I am permanently disabled . I can no longer work . I will have to rely on government assistance that is about 725 dollars a month . Probably will end up having to live on the street after this is done . David and Associates did not fight it at all . Just did pretty much nothing but take out their cut . I feel they dropped the ball . I am sincerely hoping that this review will help someone else from making the same mistake I did . I know you may look at these reviews and think that , well 95 percent of these reviews are good -and that's great odds , unless you are one of the 5 percent that got screwed . I am ruined - please do not let this happen to you . Now I see this attorney is trying to claim I never used them . This was in August of 2022 . This is a dishonest and weak attempt to duck thier failure . It simply shows you who and what you are dealing with . Mr David himself handled this case , and his assistant was a Ms Coffin . ( Who is no longer there . ) This just goes to show how shady and dishonest this law firm is . Should anyone be so interested , you can contact me me via Google and I will be happy to show you proof that I was represented by this dishonest firm .The only reason I left this review to start with was to give other people an honest review to base thier decision on . I did not leave it out of anger or revenge . If you have been involved in a major accident , it can be a life changing thing . If you choose the wrong attorney , and you get poor representation - it can affect you for the rest of your life , there is no going back and doing it over . I sincerely hope this review will help someone . But it is up to you . Think hard , and think carefully . Roll the dice if you want to .
