To keep a long story short, Randall Hoose saved me from insurmountable amounts of headache. You're more than just a dollar sign to him, and you can tell he genuinely gives a damn about his clients. Would recommend, 100%.

I hired Nick as an defense attorney recently and initially we had a consultation first. He seemed to be mostly on the same page as me his potential client at this time. Two weeks later after hiring him and only having one (1 hour and 15 minute) phone call and just a few emails that we sent back and forth. He talked to me like he was working for the plantiff. Also I feel that I was taking complete advantage of by the outrageous charges for his very brief time spent on my case before I removed him as counsel for me.

When I called with a couple questions, Susan went above and beyond to help me even though they did not charge me for the time she spent helping me! Unbelievable and unselfish customer service! Would highly recommend Susan and Atlanta Coast Law to anybody!😊

Identifying the problem is the first step in solving it. The second is getting the facts straight, neither of which was done properly. I hate to blight the whole group due to my experience with one of its associates, so it will suffice to point out the individual I'm referring to by his initials, NL. I do not doubt that he is a competent attorney. Still, he failed to demonstrate it in my case due to the static that arises from botched communication that arises from personal biases or whatever baggage he carries. He is the equivalent of a doctor without graceful bedside manners, except that, in all things dealing with law, their demeanor matters exponentially. THEIR attitude, THEIR emotional intelligence, THEIR insight, THEIR feelings about you color the outcome. I won't criticize his methods because I don't know what was going on in his mind, but I will say that the minute you notice stalling or lack of rapport, get out of that sand trap immediately. You can never make up for the losses you incur because you decide to wait-see that train wreck to the end. You will be sorely sorry. Remember your main objective, despite all the hand waving and diversions thrown at you. This is actually not an uncommon tactic meant to prolong delays for untold reasons, many of which you will never know.

I met attorney Randall through another attorney who I was trying to get some help with and I forget his name and I apologize but he recommended attorney Randall and so I called and made an appointment and his staff were very kind explain to them what was going on and what was happening I cried so much until I really had to apologize to his secretary and to him in the mess of papers that I had bought into to their office so he has helped me get the right information the right paperwork so I have to go to him again and hopefully this time everything will be settled I do recommend him I think he is a very kind man and he cares about his clients and his staff and works with him so if anyone has any problems or situation I truly believe that attorney Randall would be the person to help or he could recommend if need be so so far he’s helping me although my finances are not that great but I think you very much so attorney Randall thank you and your staff thank you
