Andrew handled my case not only with the level of professionalism expected of an attorney but down to the human level you knew he was all in for his client and I felt as if I had a friend going to bat for me. He is well known in the courtroom and knows his way around. We won our case and I am grateful I found him and his firm.

I was referred to Andrew by a top attorney who does not specialize in Andrew's areas of expertise. It's an understatement to say he exceeded my expectations in every way. He was completely engaged, followed up promptly and clearly knows his way around Wilmington's courtrooms. Andrew is the kind of person it's impossible not to like. When you combine that personality with his work ethic and talent level, it's impossible not have a high success rate. Wilmington is fortunate to have such a bright young star.

I was charged in federal court with a dui on Base and Andrew did a great job telling me what was going to happen in my case and keeping me updated on what the prosecutor was saying. He got my case reduced to a lesser charge and I was in and out of federal court in a couple of hours. He was great.

I hired Andrew to handle several criminal matters that I had in Wilmington and in Pender County. He was great! He always called me back and told me what was happening the whole time. He got most of my cases dismissed and the others pled to minor stuff with unsupervised probation. Awesome.

Andrew represented me in a DWI in Wilmington recently. I don't know what that one reviewer's problem is but like all the other reviewers said he did a great job for me. Probably says something that the one bad review had already gone through two other lawyers before Andrew. Anyway, Andrew met with me and told me all the potential outcomes of my case. He showed me a copy of the motions he had filed in my case and after he talked to the cop that charged me he told me we had a good argument for a motion to suppress. Andrew tried my case and the judge granted his motion and suppressed the stop so we won. I probably we'd have lost my job if we lost so it was really amazing. His prices were pretty much in line with what others told me they would charge but I just felt like Andrew could give me better service. He really did. I'll hire him for anything I ever need in the future for sure. I figured the least I could do is tell other people how well he did.

I first contacted Andrew after 2 unfortunate attempts with other attorneys in Wilmington for a real estate matter where my realtor illegally let people into my home who stole everything including my 2 home based businesses. Andrew at first seemed great. Slowly, as time wore on, he never returned phone calls and never kept me abreast as to what was happening with my case. After several years of trying to rectify the matter, I had to cut an overseas trip short to return to a mediation where he and his partner were on their phones the entire time. Not only did he not give any advice, he did not ever know of what was going on during the mediation pertaining to the thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of time I invested during the investigatory process. I not only paid for him and his partner to waste my time and money while they were on their phones checking email and their own personal things when they should have been focusing on my case that I paid Andrew over $15,000 for and received nothing. I have asked him numerous times for my bill to be able to analyze his fees versus the detailed time that I took while speaking to him over the course off our brief discussions. He still has yet to send the detailed bill, and I doubt he ever will. I highly advise that you never utilize his services.

Mr. Nettleman is an excellent Attorney with Integrity and high Ethical standards. I was very impressed with Mr. Nettleman’s knowledge of the law and his preparation both during the trial and the jury selection process. He prepared and successfully argued several motions in open court that were critical in my case. We needed the services of an expert to review the case materials and to provide testify on my behalf. He researched and found such an expert, personally met with them to provide all the relevant materials. I had no prior experience with the judicial system and he provided me with research the regarding evidence issues related to my case. He and his staff kept in touch with me and we met many times throughout the entire legal process. If you are looking for an Attorney who you can trust and will work hard on your behalf I would highly recommend Mr. Nettleman. Thanks to his hard work and dedication I was exonerated and acquitted on all charges.

Bottom Line Up Front: I should have hired Andrew Nettleman sooner than I did. I retained Mr. Nettleman's practice to represent my interests with several FDCPA issues which were causing me significant problems with my security clearance and hampering my ability to recover to a sound financial footing and well-being. The billing for services rendered was completely fair, I was always kept informed, and when I had an urgent requirement for a document, he delivered on time, which helped my family - big time.
