I received a dui near willmington! I called 5 or 6 others that said "It's your first offence .. were just going to plead guilty". Not Bruce! He said we need to fight this! He made me feel so comfortable immediately during my first free consultation. I felt I had the right guy on my side... a man who isn't afraid to fight if he thinks you have a chance. The evidence against me was pretty damming... or at least that's what I was told from all the other lawyers. Man's a damn genius and knows what he is doing. I don't know how he did it but he was able to get my dui dismissed while at the same time keeping me informed and keeping me calm. I saw my arresting officers faces change demeanour when they saw he was my lawyer.. it was awesome. He gave me a chance to never make that mistake again also my hard earned money I save can go to my 1 year old son and not the courts and increase in car insurance. I'd recommend Bruce to anyone... especially if you feel like there's no chance.. he will find one! He was a little more expensive than the other lawyers but... you get what you pay for! Mr. Mason was an excellent attorney who I knew really had my back through my whole case. Any time I had certain questions Mr. Mason always had an answer. He was also straight forward with me, he laid out all the possibilities for my case. And on my court date Mr. Mason sat down with me and really laid out in detail how he was going to approach things in court and I felt confident in his knowledge and his preparation. I was fairly new in town, and I got charged with a DUI. This man knows the system from experience. He saved my name, my future prospects, and kept me from freaking out when I wanted to after being wrongfully charged. He got the charges dismissed.
