Besides excellent communication and all around helpfulness, Leann was great to talk to over the phone and same goes to Ben Deaver, hes always been a great help in taking care of matters involving DUI`s or other court related matters. Ive always left the courthouse feeling mighty happy with the outcomes. Deaver and Deaver are who you should chose I recommend HIGHLY!!

I came to Mr. Deaver with a speeding ticket I had missed my court date for by almost a month. I was worried I would be fined and my insurance would go up for sure. He quickly handled my ticket within a day and got it dropped with no fees or fines. I highly recommend Deaver and Deaver!

I would like to say I was pleased and amazed at the care of patients the understanding the devotion and the help that I receive from this office. The receptionist for attorney assistant was amazing she listened to everything I had to say took it into account and help me with the price . I wasn't expecting a handout or any help because I have been struggling with the situation for so long but in less than a week she made my life so much better the attorney handled everything I didn't have to drive all the way back to North Carolina for something that was already hurting me. I recommend them. if what you need is someone to listen and help you and not just take your money this is the office you should call I want to thank you again so much for helping me ♥️♥️

Needed an attorney to handle a traffic citation issue. The attorneys in the area that i was familiar with did not handle traffic cases but only civil matters. When i asked for a suggestion on who to use i was told that Deaver law was the office to contact. What can i say.. when other attorneys offices recommend them its pretty safe to say they are good. By the way we were very happy with the results of the issue we were dealing with!

I had a post up before about how bad me and girlfriend was treated which was horrible! He honestly did nothing for her and then they were adding time to her sentence and I texted about it and he said he would take care of it that she wouldn't spend no more time in jail and he resided me of this.Well he mentioned the review to me and I said would take it down and he said he would make sure she was taking care of cause he knew she had just had my baby boy in prison! Well he kept telling a month before she was supposed to be released she would be getting out and I told her this too.Well 2 weeks before release he is asking me to fax over documents about her case and it really got to me if he was her lawyer wouldn't he already have the paperwork!!He is worse lawyer and he lies about everything!! And believe or not She is in jail and has did nothing about it so if I was looking for a lawyer I wouldn't waste your money cause he is going to nothing at all !Thank you!!
