Mr. Deaver was very helpful and helped me get my drinking ticket dropped. I was not a fan of his assistant Lee Ann. She has a rude attitude and tends to be unhelpful.

My son was involved in a traffic accident in January and was charged with 2 separate counts, both of which were unfounded and unsubstantiated. Deaver and Deaver was able to have both charges dismissed. The money we spent with them to handle this saved us thousands in ongoing insurance premiums! Very easy to deal with and very effective. I highly recommend them.

I was very very impressed with Mr. Deaver & his assistant. I was stopped for speeding and the cop told me my license were revoked. I was in shock! I asked a friend who had a ticket in the past who she used & she said Deaver. After speaking with me, he explained we needed to fix the ticked that was causing me license to be revoked. His assistant contacted DVM for me and found the old ticket. Mr. Deaver had that case sent to court and got it dismissed. Once that was done, I went to DMV, paid reinstatement fee & my license were in good standing again! So, now I just had the speeding ticket, which he was able to get an improper equipment on. He & his assistant, Lee Ann are very nice & helpful. I have no doubt if me or any of my friends ever get another ticket I'm calling Deaver & Deaver Law firm 100%

Mr. Deaver is not someone I would recomend...ever. He did not take the two minutes to check out my driver history. He convicted me guilty for a revoked license ticket. I have called him twice a day for a solid week and still no response. His secretary is rude and short with me. They both act as if I were an inconvienence to them, when all I ask is to get my ticket resolved, and some communication along the way. He also lied to me and told me that a judge denied his request to reopen my guilty charge. When I checked with the clerk of court I soon realized this was a lie, he was simply to lazy to write up the proper paper in order to reopen my case. Due to Mr. Deavers incompetence my licenses is suspended for a year and I have a guilty charge on my record. I do believe I hired him to help me out, not accuse me. I am $1500 in the whole and he did not help in any sort of way. I do not recomend anyone use his services!!!
