I had a traffic infraction after 10 years not having one. I was very concerned because I had been enjoying low insurance premiums for years due to my clean driving record. The infraction was very minor but yet, I did not want to risk having my premiums go up. I called Attorney Shotwell and spoke directly with him. He was very easy to talk to and took care of my ticket. My driving record stayed clean and my insurance did not go up. I recommended their firm to one of my friends shortly after, and he was equally pleased with the professionalism of this firm. These guys are pros, both at their trade, as well as at the art of customer service. I don't normally need attorneys, but if I ever do, Shotwell is on my speed dial.
