Speak law is the best everyone was nice got things done in a timely matter recommend 100 put of 10

Russ Brinson did an amazing job getting my case settled. I would definitely refer anyone to him for a speedy result and excellent results.

Absolutely terrible communication throughout the first half of the two year process. The second year was just an absolute wast of time for the additional benefit. I wouldn’t dare recommend this firm to any of my friends, or enemies, as the service that was provided was below poor and I honestly can’t imagine any other firm in town not getting the same exact settlement. If you want to feel like you don’t matter, hire Speaks Law Firm. They’ll sure treat you with as much care as the signage on their building —which is falling down.

Brian Geschickter is a very professional lawyer snd has a solid reputation for wanting the best for his clients. I would recommend Brian highly!

My one star rating is mainly due to Skylar Seeley. I have called and left several messages with the receptionist as well as leaving a message on her voicemail. It has been a month and I still haven’t received a call back or email from her. This is extremely unprofessional. When I called back to advise the receptionist that she isn’t calling me back, they apologized but didn’t offer a resolution. Another issue I have with this firm is their employees keep leaving. I started off dealing with Brogan, she became very familiar with the case. Than all of a sudden, I called and was told she was no longer working there. I was then referred to an attorney named Robyn. I got her up to speed on the case. A few months later I was told that she was no longer with the company. That is when I starting dealing with Skylar. I got her up to speed and then a month or so later I randomly get a call from Dominque and she was unaware of the information I provided to Skylar. This brings us to current day, where I can now not get a hold of Skylar at all. My mom chose this law firm, but I would not recommend them.

They got their money from my workers compensation case and then left me hung out to dry. During the whole process I was informed that the Worker’s Compensation settlement would not affect my short-term disability and it did. They used the workers compensation documents to back deny my short-term disability and now I'm being required to pay it all back. Several attempts were made to get Speaks Law Firm to help since it was their workers compensation agreement but NO response!

I had an amazing experience with speaks law firm. The process of my case went by pretty quick, and efficient. The people who work here are very nice and professional and get things done the right way to satisfy needs of their customers. Would recommend going back here, and I will if I ever need them again. Go speaks law firm!

I convinced my mom to go to Speaks after she had a car crash that made one of her disc slip. They not only assisted my mom with any questions she had - they advocated so much for her that she received a great claim from the insurance company. Highly recommend Speaks.
