Ashley and Nicole were FABULOUS. They were very professional and caring. Communication was wonderful and I always felt like I knew what was going on in my case and what the next steps were. In the end I got everything I wanted in my custody battle, it is so refreshing to have someone work so hard for a father's rights for custody. I don't believe 5 stars are enough for them. Ambulance chasers who only want a sure thing quick buck. I have been going back and forth with these thin skinned people over a bad review. Let me be clear. I chatted with a bot, and then was completely blown off by a 10 dollar an hour receptionist. I figured people should know what I got when I called them. Only after my review did a lawyer call me basically to try and get me to change my review. If you only take crashes, workers comp, and personal injury, you kind of fit the description of an ambulance chaser. If the best a consumer can do when contacting a law firm is a chat bot and 10 dollar an hour receptionist, people should know that. I wonder, they claim they are soooo altruistic. What is the percentage they take from victims of falls, crashes etc.? Is it the maximum allowed by law, or is it substantially less, because they care so much? Please answer that. What is the percentage you take? What is the allowable maximum percentage?

Just got a call from the firm about a bad review. They did not want to listen, refused any criticism. They simply do not care about justice. Seems like they are afraid of exposing the truth. The epitome of why lawyers in NC have a terrible reputation.
