I was involved in a car accident back in January. This was the first time I had to hire a lawyer for an accident and didn’t know what to expect. From day one of dealing with Jessica my experience was great. Her first concern was to get me the treatment I need to get better. If your injury is work related, I would not recommend using this law firm. It took three times longer to get my settlement than the attorney estimated, and the settlement itself was about a third of what the firm led me to believe it would be. If you don't care about your time or money, then these are the guys for you, because they don't either.

My wife was hurt at work and was given the initial drs. appts to see what was wrong and how it needed to be treated. As soon as they figured out it was a serious injury, they took their time scheduling the tests she needed. With her being in so much pain and no use of her left arm, we started searching the internet for a workman's comp lawyer. We came across Chris Bell. Our initial contact was with Chris Bell. He was very caring and patient. He brought in Debbie Black and we worked with her throughout the whole process. She was beyond awesome. She got the ball rolling with doctors visits, tests and getting them to pay her while she was out of work. She answered every phone call and every question. She went above and beyond anything we ever expected. It was easy on our part because she fought all the battles and got them to do what we needed them to. It was not easy, because they fought us every step of the way. With Debbie's extreme knowledge and persistence, we were able to get what she needed. We ended up settling, almost two years into it, so my wife could get the specialty help she needs on our time frame not theirs. We have been very pleased, every step of the way, with Chris, Debbie and Clark Speaks. We are very pleased with our settlement and will recommend Speaks Law Firm to anyone we run into with a need for them.
