Didn't help with dealing with workers comp insurance company. Wouldn't return phone calls or request when I left note at reception area. I only heard from them When they were ready to start law suit. By then I had healed thank goodness and fired them.

The law firm was great with keeping in touch with us each step of the way and provide updates on our case. Very patient and great with following through.

I was recently in a traffic accident that should have been cut and dry with the other party at fault. However when the police report came out, I was the one posted as being at fault. I was dumbfounded and didn’t really know how to proceed. I reached out to Speaks and got connected with Tracy who is one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever spoken with. She got me on the right track with exactly what was wrong with the officers police report and how to approach the situation. Her advice overturned the police report and got me back on the right track. I couldn’t be more thankful.

My husband used Speaks after a car accident that wasn’t his fault. The case was very clear cut, the other guy admitted fault at the scene, but the process took forever. We definitely felt forgotten because we had a “small” case. We had to call multiple people on our own to get answers and get the case moving. We should’ve received part of the commission for getting the case resolved ourselves. This clear cut case should not have taken 1.5 years to close. Not happy with Speaks and I do not recommend using them. Speaks didn’t speak for us…
