Steve is absolutely amazing and I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me and my family over the span of 4+ years. He was consistently there for me during the darkest of times and he never allowed me to give up. His expertise and knowledge is unmatched. Disciplinary action: Censured in one matter and reprimanded in another on Feb. 8 Background: Wright was administratively suspended from November 2015 to February 2016. While representing a client in a criminal matter, Wright failed to comply with the client notification provisions of the wind-down rule and failed to file a motion to withdraw. Wright later misrepresented to the state bar that he had been paid in full by the client prior to his suspension. In a separate criminal defense matter prior to the suspension, Wright failed to timely communicate with his client and court officials and failed to comply with a scheduling order of the court. This misconduct resulted in the censure. In yet another matter Wright failed to provide a client with documentation that previous charges had been dismissed, leading to the reprimand.

Mr. Wright is an excellent attorney. I literally went to court once and he took care of everything just how he said from the start. Guaranteed anytime I need an attorney I can trust, he will be the first call I make. Thanks again Steve.

I hired Steven Wright to help me when I was in a sticky situation. I found out I had a pending charge against me in North Carolina which is 8 hours from where I was living. I was also in the middle of a custody situation and needed to get the charge resolved ASAP. I was scared I was about to loose everything but thanks to Steven the charges were dismissed and quickly! Steven made everything easy to understand and walked me through the whole process!! Very reasonably priced and outstanding service! Highly recommended!

When i tell you i violated my probation 3 times i just knew i wasnt getting out of it this time. I had 2 charges pending i was screwed. But i thought ok let me get a lawyer and maybe i can at least not get the full sentence. I found Steve wright online and contacted him we set a time and place to meet right when i got there i felt so comfortable he was so easy to talk to i literly didnt just find a amazing lawyer but i just made a friend. When i tell you he didnt just get me off easy HE GOT BOTH PENDING CHARGES DROPPED OMG.
