Gray Smith helped me with a speeding ticket. Easy to talk to and made the process seamless especially for someone who was out of town.

My daughter is getting set to be released from prison. We as her family have no idea what is going on and where she will be released. We have called Mr Smith several times and left several messages. He will not return our calls. He has been most unhelpful.

Save your money. What a mistake hiring them could have screwed ourselves over without them. Other party didnt have a lawyer and we still got screwed.

I recently had a consultation with Mr. Smith at Mason, Mason and Smith, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Navigating a stressful situation, I had many questions, and Mr. Smith was incredibly patient and thorough in addressing them. The time he took to ensure I felt informed and supported was greatly appreciated.

I had a negative impact with Gray compared to Bruce Mason during my false DUI arrest that he helped me with as well as their help with the motions as Gray never even showed up while I was sick that day and was looking around for my lawyer waiting and waiting until I called their office and they said I was good to go, not one word from Mr Gray. I had a much smoother transaction with Bruce Mason, (regardless of how shook up) who was patient, busy BUT attentive, and provided me with the necessary guidance throughout the process. It's unfortunate that Gray was unresponsive, late for appointments, dismissive, and judgmental. His lack of professionalism, patience, and listening skills made me the victim of this disgusting case against the (Lower courts) Drug courts that my gf is dealing with due to her being set-up and taking the plea-deal. I feel out of the loop rushed but more importantly sensed his prejudice in the whole thing. It's disappointing that he refused to review important evidence, especially considering the significance of my near-death experience and the memory issues associated with it that I have been facing. It seems like Gray's mind was elsewhere during my interaction, which made me feel rushed, unheard and overlooked. (Especially when he got up as if we were done, or maybe he had to use the restroom? I don’t know? Moving forward, I will be seeking a lawyer who can help me with the legal consequences of the false charges and address the damage caused by lies, slander, and defamation. It's important for me to find a lawyer who treats me with the respect and attention I deserve, (especially after this little stint the lower courts tried to do but failed and he failed to look at their evidence and listen to what I had to say ( impatiently after explaining I fell On my head and have central nervous dysfunction which causes memory issues but more importantly makes my body temperature hot and cold and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. i lost 50 pounds with possible cancer in my back where there is a HUGE cyst but who cares right? If I won’t give up after this stint maybe I will find someone who will work diligently to represent my interests. I mean after all, what was the need to compile my evidence especially when the paralegal said to bring it in so he can review it. I carefully prepared to do to my memory issues (This is part of their jobs especially given my situation. with what is going on with my health and Trauma. I am only giving it two stars instead of one because Bruce Mason has done such a fantastic job in the past. I gave him five stars for listening and using his refined thinking more often (intuition) doing a such a fantastic job even though Gray worked with him throughout one of the motions in the smaller court at the building caddy cornered to the main court building, however Gray was never to be seen while I sicker than a dog that day (one of the sickest days just from all my nerves and traumas and laws being broken by the state had me nauseous, I STILL tried to stomach it and wait for him and he never even showed up that day. i waited for no reason, could have been there all day had I not called the paralegal to tell me that they continued it for another day. (All awhile I was sick as a dog due to my condition.) I finally called the paralegal, and she said that it was cleared to go home. It was motioned. You know I got home after all of this and I’m OK with going elsewhere but I’m NOT OK with people getting up out of their seat in a hurry like I’m not worthy of their time and not even seeing the evidence I would have liked to present to him! I have been doxxed in many ways, because there are corporations that are not happy due to me having evidence against their lawlessness towards me! (Justice IS peace!) They have been after me ever since.Even to the point of having cops trying to plant DRUGS in my car. Do they not get they are messing w/ people’s lives?! You guys need to take things more seriously, Mr. Gray? -Georgiy (ABS class of 2002’)
