I hired Gray Smith and was beyond pleased with the outcome and level of knowledge, compassion and care for my case. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. The staff is extremely prompt in responding. Attorney Gray Smith truly cares about his clients and it shows. He kept me in the loop the entire process and provided a wonderful outcome. I highly recommend Gray Smith and this firm.

After a very lengthy battle with the court system, a lot of missed work days, and many trips to Bolivia, Mr Smith gave us the best outcome possible for the case at hand. Mr smith represented my husband for a firearm charge. As we approach the courtroom just this week, Mr Smith calls us to say “case dismissed”!! My husband is a felon so for anyone who knows, it’s an actual struggle and a very long time in prison if convicted!! He was facing time for a firearm that he didn’t even know existed much less was in his work vehicle! Mr Smith worked some kind of magic and ended the case with the dismissal!! My family and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outcome!! Thanks to you Mr Smith!! We appreciate this more than you know!! ** and I didn’t even have to sell my arm to pay him** Recommend 10/10

Mr. Smith is the best!!

DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM THIS LAW FIRM! I am a landlord and I took my tenants to court and they got evicted but they appealed the eviction so we hired an attorney from this firm. The whole time she managed to tell us we were right but then would encourage us and try to scare us into dropping the eviction. I would not recommend this firm to anyone given our attorney told us on multiple occasions she spoke with the other attorneys at the firm and they said the same thing. I still had to do a lot of research by myself because I did not understand why my attorney was telling me if I did not drop the eviction I would owe the tenants $40,000 even though we did not break the lease or law in any way. Do not waste your money on these attorneys who will not help you.

Hired Bruce for a business partner to deal with a lawsuit. Very proficient and timely. Would recommend anyone to use Mason and Mason as defense attorneys in southeastern NC.
