I simply cannot thank Mr. Wagoner enough for his expert handling of my case. This man definitely knows the law! Beyond that, he always responded quickly, gave his time selflessly, was always well organized and prepared, and provided great communication throughout the trial process. Mr. Wagoner is also extremely down to earth and understanding of a clients concerns....But, his talents in the courtroom surpass ALL of that! My business, livelihood, and freedom were in serious jeopardy due to a felony charge that I was facing. We took the charge to trial, and despite what I would define as very "misleading/omitting" testimony given on behalf of the prosecution, Mr. Wagoner's skills delivered a finding of NOT GUILTY from the jury! Today, I am a free of all of that worry and stress thanks to him! I NEVER intend to find myself in such a situation again, but God forbid I do, I would ONLY trust in Mr. Wagoner to help me! Please understand, that I RARELY do reviews, so if you are having trouble deciding on an attorney, read this review again, and trust in what I am taking the time to write about this man!

Mr. Wagoner is a a great lawyer. I called him last minute to handle a traffic ticket and he came through for me. He got the ticket resolved in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be using Mr. Wagoner in the future if needed. I highly recommended him!! Thank you Mr. Wagoner for taking such good care of us!
