As much as I don't want to be in contact with Mr. Wagoner (cause that normally means I'm in trouble) he has come through in the clutch! Merritt has gone to court for me 3 times saving my CDL from Wreckless & Endangerment while doing super speeds on my Motorcyle! I've had plenty of lawyers in my young years but I can tell he actually cares about what you have going on and doesn't judge you on your mistakes that you bring to him.... Mr.Wagoner did a terrific job representing me in a very messy matter. He did not hesitate to go to trial to see me exonerated from the false charges made against me. I was impressed with his courtroom demeanor and his knowledge of the law. I recommend him without hesitation.
