Cant give enough praise for Mr. Collins and Jana!! I had a very complicated case with the DMV, and i was very unprepared for what i was facing. A family of tenants in my rental house stopped paying rent. I googled Wilmington attorneys and had the good fortune to call David Collins. Although he told me his office does not do evictions, David took the time to give me direction and told me many attorneys do not do evictions. The forms are readily available at the office of the clerk of court and are not a terribly complicated process so that individuals can do it themselves. he said to call him if I ran into any road blocks and we could do a consultation then if necessary. His advice very helpful.

Mr. Collins and his team helped my son get through a moving violation very smoothly. Also, after about a year after this case I had to get them to look back to this incident to confirm it was taken care of because insurance company saw an incident around the same time on his record.
