Mr Collins and his colleagues worked diligently on my case, 3rd driving under influence and driving under suspension and had them both dismissed

I appreciate Mr. Collin's knowledge of the law. He is results oriented and practical. Beyond being a good attorney, he is also a good person who wants the best for you. In my case, Mr. Collins was clear of his defense approach, the reality of my conviction, and the scope of my sentencing. While ensuring I understood the seriousness of my offenses and potential outcome Mr. Collins was equally clear about his strategy, his defense, and his confidence in my case. In my case, Mr. Collins knew existing case law to support dismissal of my conviction. The DA chose to gamble, deny our motion for dismissal, and to send the case forward to trial with the judge. It was clear, the DA was confident the States evidence ( 3 officers, a 2.2 BAC, a failed sobriety field test, as well as, a citizen 911 call) was strong and the DA was not willing to dismiss the case as she was confident of conviction. In trial with the judge and the officers testifying, Mr. Collins objected to DA questions to the officers, referred to legal precedence, provided facts in the events of the officers arrest, and ultimately presented a case which resulted in dismissal of all charges. The trial lasted approximately ten minutes. I was stunned, overwhelmed, and grateful. Thus, I recommend you consider The Collins Law Firm as representation. The firm will defend you unconditionally as law enforcement must abide by the law and shall not arrest outside of the scope of the law.

I called Mr.Collins in hopes to get a waiver for the DWI treatment court I had to complete in order to dismiss an underage drinking ticket. He kindly informed me that the waiver wasn’t for DWI treatment court as I thought but still offered to help me find the dates for the new year.
