My wife, her parents, and I were hit by a drunk driver. The accident resulted in the death of my mother-in-law, the premature birth of my son, and serious injuries to the rest of us. We hired Mr. White to handle our insurance claims. He was professional and compassionate, even showing up to support us at hearings for the criminal case against the other driver. Mr. White negotiated with five different insurance companies to get us the maximum settlement. Our medical bills amounted to over $150,000, but he was able to settle with our insurance for around $12,000. On top of that, he also secured a settlement for our minor child that was over and above the limits of our policy. As a mother who has been in the trenches both professionally and a mother fighting the war on drugs, found herself with a son who for over a decade fighting prison and addiction. My corporate office is in another state, however the complaint against my company was in NC and I had to hire someone from there. Not knowing anyone from there or which direction to turn, I read the reviews and called Woody and flew down to meet him. Within the first 10 minutes I knew I had chosen the right person to represent my company. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, are all understatements. My business is not common and Woody did everything to learn my business so that he could represent me in the best way possible. Our son was faced with a charge that seemed to not quite connect to the actual traffic stop that occurred in the fall of 2016. I was given a "not guilty" sentence. My father and I both agreed that it was nothing short of a miracle. I was ecstatic. I know this review is probably too long, but I could honestly say more things that impressed me about this attorney. Mr. White was retained to represent our son regarding allegations of felony conversion and forgery.
