I did some research to find a qualified disability rights attorney for my friend who has Charcot Marie Tooth disease - a neuromuscular disease with no treatment and no cure. My friends' finances were dwindling due to her inability to work as an RN. My friend found herself trying to figure out how to successfully navigate the social disability process. Mr. Miller and his paralegal Becky provided my friend with excellent guidance and counseling pertaining to the difficult and confusing process of the SSD application. Becky's patience and knowledge during all consultations was greatly appreciated by my friend. After the second application/first appeal process, my friend was approved for her SSD. Had it not been for Mr. Miller's law practice, we are sure that she would still be struggling with no resolution of the process. We rate them 5 stars +!!

The whole case process took time and was very confusing (Government never makes it easy!) .
