Over the past few months, I have been working with Erica for my divorce/custody case. I don’t think I could’ve gotten the results that I wanted elsewhere. I’m very pleased with the way Erica conducted herself as a professional, and helped me step by step throughout the entire process.

Janet is awesome and so is her team. Erica Benson is my attorney who is an awesome human. She is extremely thoughtful, proactive, empathetic, worthy of trust, and I’m thankful she and Janet took me on as a client. I wouldn’t wish a divorce or custody battle on anyone. Being active duty and a single mom and the father also being active duty, this definitely has been and will probably continue to be complicated. Despite this, I’m confident Erica will help me navigate this the best way for my 18 month old daughter and I. This is a team who dedicated their time to helping me get through a tough time, probably the hardest time of my life. They’ve been here for me, and Erica has worked endlessly with me to secure child support, a custody arrangement, and settlement offers that work for my situation in a timely manner. She is a go getter and makes sure I’m covered but also realistic and fact based. I wish I had hired her first, but thankful for where I am now with her as my attorney. I think everyone who goes through anything like this wants to know at the very least that your attorney is worth your trust, will advocate for you, and will be in your corner. That’s Erica and I strongly recommend her, Janet and the team. I’ve said a lot of prayers to get to where I am now in accepting this new chapter of my life, and having effective communicators as attorneys, good people with integrity, and compassionate yet firm and factual attorneys on my team has helped me get through a lot of stressful months and help me feel better about whatever the future may hold! They prioritize my needs and my life the way I needed to help get things done. The communication is on point-no dragging things out, no inaccurate dates/descriptions—thorough and concise with timely responses has been incredibly helpful as we’ve worked together to get this resolved. Thank you for working hard for me and being here for my daughter and I! It’s obvious you have mine and my daughter’s best interest at heart! I was able to find brittany hall and what an amazing attorney she is!
