The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt assisted me with alleviating a great deal of stress pertaining to my finances and credit from my life. Filing bankruptcy was a very hard decision but I realized that was the only way that I would get my life back on track financially. Jessica Mayo was the paralegal that assisted me with making sure that all of my paperwork was completed and filed and she was nothing less than GREAT!!! I would recommend them to anyone that is considering filing bankruptcy not to mention that if you qualify there is a great possibility that you will be able to complete the whole process with no money down. That was one of the greatest highlights for me because financially I was unable to pay my attorney's fees upfront. Jessica Mayo and The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt were a blessing to me and I am confident that from this point on my life from a financial standpoint will be so much better.

I sought assistance at John Orcutt's office and worked with one of their paralegals (Amy Hodge). She was very informative and clearly explained the bankruptcy process to me. If I had any questions throughout the process she never hesitated to email me back very promptly and always had a kind attitude! Having to go through bankruptcy is obviously not the best thing in the world, but John Orcutt's office and specifically, Amy Hodge, made the process less scary for me.
