I was quite disappointed in my visit to Mr. Welborn's office. I was welcomed by a barefoot, barely dressed individual who appeared happy-go-lucky until she encountered someone who did not "speak our language" on the phone. She was clearly distraught that the interpreter was at lunch. I then observed a frail, disabled individual, who came to check on what was needed for her court date. I then had to bear witness to 3 employees make disparaging remarks about her race and intellect, with her barely out the front door. Although Mr. Welborn seemed borderline arrogant, he does seem genuine and caring and is very experienced. It is too bad his office mates do not share the sentiment. I will not return nor recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Welborns help is very incompetent she does not return calls, turn in travel time on time or to right people. She doesn't send in check stubs on time. The voice mail was full when i called her, she has told me that she doesn't check it very much. I've sent her emails and still had to call her. I had to call drs office because they billed my insurance and then billed me when she was supposed to take care of it. I called and straightened it out. Just a few of the many problems going on I am very dissatisfied and at this point would not recommend this office.
