I got a careless ticket driving too fast. Considered self representation to save money. Couple days later I got six solicitation letters in the mail from lawyers offices. I read all of them. They all sounded the same except the letter from the McElwee Law Firm, the price point clearly stood out to me first because it was clearly written. But the letter showed their competence/experience was the same as the other firms, just that their cost was a little bit less. Robyn answered the phone every time I called. If I’m not mistaken, her husband is the lawyer and communication was great. I never met them in person, doing this from a distance was nerve racking but their service shined better than I would’ve expected. Robyn prepared me for the worst and the outcome was less severe than it would have been had I tried to represent myself. So thankful for the McElwee Law Firm!

With being cited for an infraction traffic violation in Forsyth County, NC, I felt it was necessary to find an attorney to handle my case. Primarily with the facts surrounding the citation and the accident I was involved it, I felt an attorney would be beneficial to assist in having this case dismissed. My main goal was to avoid any points going against my DMV and insurance record. I contacted McElwee Law Firm to assist with this citation. They were by far the most affordable. Not only were the most affordable option for this case, they were so easy to deal with! I had a 20-30 minute call, and that was it. They took it from there with no issues or complications. They did a fantastic job communicating with me on the progress and steps leading up to and following the case. They were able to get this citation fully dismissed with no additional court costs required. In the end McElwee saved me any points against my DMV or insurance, and they saved me around $200 after paying their fees! I would definitely recommend this firm to handle any future case I would have in the area of Winston-Salem. Seeing how I live in Norfolk, VA, I hope I will not need their help again. However, I know who to call now if I am in need of legal representation in this area!

I highly recommend. Robyn and Will are a great team. The process was easy, affordable and got the results we discussed. I have seen the price went up for their service. I would still recommend them as all other attorneys wanted $75-$100 for the same results. Lesson learned. Thank you again.
