I received a ticket for an illegal u-turn. I have a clean record and wanted to get info on what I could do. Should I just pay it, fight it or take the defensive driving class. Mr. Dummit immediately spoke to me over the phone and advised me to not hire an attorney at this time. Just show up to the court and explain that this is a new traffic pattern and it may be reduced to a non moving violation. Also, there was no need to waste money on the defensive driving class at this point. If need be, I could call him back, if further assistance or representation is needed. Wow!
