I could write so much and go on and on about this law firm. But like Tammy Jones said, it will probably be best not to. Word of mouth goes further anyways and with myself being pretty well known in Forsyth County with my businesses, I will be SURE that the word gets around and make sure no one gets lied to for their money ever again. Calling and trying to get a hold of GRACE is a pain. And waiting for a call back? Forget it. What kind of attorney doesn't want to fight for you? But instead, just insists that you plead guilty even though there was a 50/50 chance. There is always a chance if you just TRY. Have been making a lot of phone calls to different attorneys and they can't believe it either. Don't want to put a lot of my information out there but long story short, was told minimum 1 month jail time before payment, increased to 4 months jail time after payment. Said that he never said 1 month, when clearly he did. Was convicted to 6 months in jail, 36 months probation, and $10,000 fine!! All he had to say after that was, "Well, that's better than 3 years in jail." Had the SCRAM report sent to him already and he already received it the last time we met and he still had the audacity to ask us on the day of court, "Wait, do you still have the ankle monitor on?" Do you not go over your paperwork the night before court just so you can actually refresh your memory about what you're supposed to do for your client? The person that pays your bills?? They are unprofessional, heartless, and just care about your money without even trying to do anything for you. Reading all the reviews on here, I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. Money isn't an issue to me but don't lie. You can get back wasted money, but you can't get back wasted time.
