Shana and Miriah were the legal professionals who were in contact with me from day one. They were absolutely amazing. They represent the firm very well. They were always available even sometimes after 5pm. I was able to get questions answered about my case that were explained in simple to understand language. Doug Berger was my attorney and Dayna Ferrell was his paralegal. Dayna allowed me to vent to her when I felt like giving up! I was told that Doug was a “Pitbull” and he was the attorney to have for my case! They took my case on and fought for me, even when I wanted to throw in the towel prematurely! Doug insisted that I just wait and reassured me that we could get a reasonable settlement…well I got more than I was willing to concede to by listening to Doug and trusting him & his team!!
