The only reason that they're getting one star is because that's the lowest I can give them. Very unprofessional. They sent me an email at 10 o'clock at night saying that they're sorry but they won't be helping me with my case without any explanation as to why. I even tried to email them back to find out why and could not get a response. And as far as calling them, I can not get through to anybody. So my suggestion would be to go find help help elsewhere because these people won't help.

If I could have given them a lower score I would have if your case didn't come off a assembly line ready made they will not take if it takes work they won't take it they won't take your case if your black and the other person is white it doesn't matter that I was hit by her car in front of a camera while walking into a store Inside a pedestrian cross walk hmmm sounds like racism to me
