My rating is not due to me receiving a denial but because communication was minimal.
I sent documents via mail. I called whenever I had questions and spoke with a receptionist or paralegal. The only call that was initiated by the lawyer was a few days before my hearing in regards to the hearing process.
My decision was sent on 2 Mar and I have not been able to go to the mailbox. Today is 15 Mar and I have not heard anything from my lawyer. I would have at least expected a phone call.
