Daniel Wanderman was an Assistant District Attorney in New York and, in part due to his negligent actions in a case, he became a defendant in a civil suit. This suit resulted in a settlement paid by The City of New York.
Moreover, he helped destroy the good name of my father, Dr. Allan Stein, and my father was personally devastated by his arrest for crimes that he did not commit. He suffered traumatic stress, became emotionally and mentally debilitated, and passed away Jan 09, 2011.
Simply, Mr. Wanderman did not do his due diligence and operating on a false pretense as to how a medical procedure should be done (he never consulted any medical professionals to check as to how this procedure should be done…turns out, my father performed the procedure correctly), he issued a warrant for his arrest for fraud.
